Политика возврата средств

We want every client to be sure about working with us. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It adds to your statutory rights; it never replaces them.

1. Software products: 14-day money-back guarantee

For the first purchase of a licence or subscription of any of our software products (BAZA Booking Calendar, BAZA Book in the Chat, BAZA Booking Calendar App, BAZA Live Chat, BAZA Academy CRM, Revolut Payment Plugin, BANG), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, whether you are a consumer or a business.

• If something does not work, please contact support first at support@bazadevelopers.com; most problems can be solved quickly.
• We will ask you for a short reason for the refund. It helps us improve the product, but it is not a condition for getting the refund within these 14 days.
• After the refund, the licence key is deactivated and you must stop using the product's licensed features.

2. When the guarantee does not apply

• requests made more than 14 days after the purchase;
• automatic renewals of a subscription and upgrades of an existing licence (you can cancel a subscription at any time before its renewal date, see point 4);
• repeated purchases of the same product by the same customer for the purpose of repeated refunds, or clear abuse of the guarantee;
• licences obtained through fraud or in breach of the End User License Agreement.

These exceptions do not limit a consumer's right to complain about a defective product (see point 6).

3. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@bazadevelopers.com or bazamedia.prod@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase, with your order number. We will reply within 3 business days. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 14 days; how quickly it appears on your account depends on your bank. If the product was sold by Stripe or another reseller as merchant of record, the refund is issued through that company.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account, in the Stripe customer portal or by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund the remaining part of a period already started, except within the 14-day guarantee for the first purchase, or where the law requires it.

5. Creative and technical services

Film, 3D, sound, design, development and marketing services are made to order, so refunds are governed by the individual offer or contract:

• if you cancel an order, you pay for the work done and costs already incurred (for example studio, crew, licences); any remaining part of an advance is returned;
• if we cannot deliver what was agreed for reasons on our side, we will return the payment for the undelivered part;
• consumers also have the right of withdrawal described in the Terms and Conditions.

6. Your statutory rights

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection (with the exceptions described in the Terms and Conditions), and the right to complain about defects under the Slovak Civil Code. This policy does not limit these rights in any way.
