This Cookie Policy explains which technologies the website bazaproduction.com stores in your browser. It is provided in accordance with Section 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications and the GDPR.
1. Short version
bazaproduction.com uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and analytics cookies only with your consent. When you first visit, a small bar asks whether you accept analytics (Google Analytics 4); until you press Accept, nothing is loaded from Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. The project form uses Google reCAPTCHA against spam (see point 3).
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Under the law, a website may store such information without your consent only if it is strictly necessary for a service you have requested; anything else (for example analytics or advertising) requires your prior consent.

baza-pt, baza-consent and _GRECAPTCHA are strictly necessary for functions you use (navigating between pages, remembering your choice, sending the form securely), so they do not require consent. The Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings. baza-pt is never sent to our server or to anyone else. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google Ireland Limited under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The server hosting the website keeps technical access logs (for example the IP address); these are not cookies and are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Links to other websites
Links to our social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram) and to our product websites are ordinary links. Nothing from those services is loaded until you click. After you click, the operator of that website decides about its own cookies.
bazadevelopers.com and our product websites use their own cookie consent tool and, with your consent, analytics and payment cookies (Google Analytics, Stripe). Their cookie notices are published on those websites.
5. How to control storage in your browser
You can delete stored data and block cookies at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Security). This website works fully even if you block all cookies and storage; only the page transition may look simpler.
6. Changes
If we start using any other non-essential technology, we will first update this policy and ask for your consent before anything is stored.
